Wake up!!! There lots of fake companies outside(& a tool to find them)

     During modern times, there lived a fake(fake-fucker) called Debashish Kumar in Bangalore. Yes my dear friends, am talking about "The Recruitment Scam" that is playing with the hopes of many job-seekers, looting them, fooling them around but still successfully running and ruining lives of many. We all Graduates are so desperate to get a job that we often forget to check company reviews before appearing for entrance tests. We as a human being, are very particular about our every little need such as bike we ride, pen we use, cloths we wear(even underpants & banyans). But why the hell we don't take little extra care about biggest decision of our lives, our career. So just save yourself by giving some time to check on reviews of company before proceeding further. To do so just type <company name> <space> <review> in Google search engine and see the results. The other method is discussed later.


Note:  Please read details about the following scam, so that you can understand how it works. If you don’t have enough time then directly go to end and find a method to check whether company is real or fake.


     Here is fake company scam running in Bangalore from about 2.5years or more and it is still running, ruining many lives. One of my friends went to that company recently, and then we researched and came to following conclusions.

• The Company is Adsys India which claims itself as a software development and web development firm. But what actually it is doing is different.
• It provides online test for recruitment and takes money in the name of registration fee i.e., 100rs. (No real company asks money for recruitment)
• Then few innocent victims are selected and are put to data entry works. Also these people should pay training fee(around 3500). And salary of these fellows is only their travel expenses(i.e., 600-800rs), nothing else. The behind is that, these fellows will work like ass for 4-6 months and then they realize that they will not get salary anyway and quit job. But company has got its own ways to catch new preys.

Yes, it is one of the cheated and fraud company. I have studied B.E in BMS college of engineering at Bangalore and moreover i have invested to my education Rs.5 lakh. But in Adsys India Bommanahalli, Bangalore it is purely data entry without any pay only Rs.600 as Bus fare is fixed. Please dont waste time and money. Yes, I too had been to ADSYS INDIA. First they will ask you for hundred rupees. After that i know u will definitely clear that paper. Then for formality technical written test. After that HR round you will be introduced with multiple conditions .They will ask you for 15000rs deposit and then 6th month bond sign. Then you will be paid for 6th months amount of rupees 5000 .Main Interesting thing is that they don't have enough computers and so they will ask you to bring your laptop to work with them and if anything happens to laptop its your responsibility. I was really frustrated because first of all it took me 2 hours to reach there and almost 40 minutes from bommanhalli to lookout their place. This really frustrates the freshers. Please be aware about this things

hi thx 4 the info. this company really doesnt look genuine. first of all its so so far.2ndly ithey taking money 4 interview. Tats too much n they don even pay !!! Let me xpln how they tried to trap us... 1. they emailed us regarding jobs 2. after reachin dere they asked for 100 rs. as interview fee. 3. they told they are into consultancy also and also an IT company. 4. they promised that if u get selected u'll be able to choose 4 companies, with a minimum salary of 12k-18k (lol...just 1 xam and 4 companies...but i was stupid at that time :( ). COMPANIES are:  i) ADSYS INDIA ii) CAPTAU TECHNOLOGIES iii) VISTA VENTURES iv) WEB N INFO SOLUTIONS (i cant find two companies on net itself) 5. i paid the fee and told wud like to appear for xam. 6. i cleared the 1st round and finally they asked me to come for Level 1 and Level 2 round nxt day 7. i went and appeared for both...acc. to me i was pass and ( even u'll get pass, d question hv no level.) 8. there was no technical  9 they asked me to inquire in a week or they'll mail me... 10 after 10 days, i got the mail that im not selected ( touchwood :) )  11. Now...wen i revert them back that my paper was ok and if they can recheck the result... (i asked this bcz i got only 50 questions to do...Level 1 - 35 ques & Level 2 - 15 ques. & they mailed me 32/70 quest and 28/50 quest. which triggered me that somethin is wrong.). 12. they asked me call back in 2 days (...2 days...) 13 i called after 2 days 28 April...to my surprise...the mobile nos. 9986740056 (fkucin DEBASHISH KUMAR)...it was switched off. 14 i tried on office landline - 080 40946679... i got "calls to this nos. has been barred "... 15...now what to say else...i understood that i was fool and got cheated... Rs. 100 is not an issues, the issue is i lost hope...like me many other too... they earned around 1lac in a week with this whole drama... let me calculate...in their register there were around 150 names/per day (i saw coz i signed in that register after payin 100 rs.) and i know it was for around 1 week...so u calculate... 16. guyz...this is not any drama...nor any reverse stunt...im wrintin here and killin my fckin time just bcz to make others to know more...i was fckin damn stupid that dint read reviews b4 gng dere...nyways...take a lesson n dont waste time and money... 17. they even dont look like IT guyz, they are fckin asswholes to eat a piece of shit from freshers. 18. love to all 19 be smart and carefully check their reviews b4 gng to small companies. 19 go to google and type (xyz company name reviews) and most prob. u'll find the truth... this post is on 10 may 2010...so plz update  Apr 24, 2010 by   Maggotowais its a fraud company. By this way you can easily find that company is registered/not. So that you can protect you and your friends from fake companies & their job offers. You also save your valuable time and money. Step1: go to following site Click here Step2: Then you will get a window like this. Now just enter the company name in the Company/LLP field and make search.                 Say I will type Adsys India and click search button. If company is not registered then I will get the following window, showing message like “No matches found”. After Search if Company is not registered.                 Say I will type Infosys now and click search button. If company is registered in ministry of corporate you will get the name list as shown below.  After Search if Company is registered.      I hope this thread is a very useful tool for job seekers. My day was perfect....woke up at 10...yalla and me cooked avlakki to eat..

then lil study...cricket in the evening, played like we are street champs..

then went out to appaji's mandir...we really had gud tym there..njoying like children in the exhibition..we played all the things, we used to play when we were small...lil battameezi wid gals, just like wen we were in highschool or Pu...aur baad mein pata chala k, sala hum toh dinner karna hi bholgaye..!! anyway the day was awesome..but everything has ending, may be gud/bad to you...so the one of happiest day came to an end..we turned our faces back to our rooms, and then off to bed after lil of gupshup..

Now em in ma room, thinking that "if i had no frndzz, then hw i should had njoyed ma lyf..eventhough em so stupid, lazy, hyper and to the extremes always, i make them to wait for me for hours...but they never blame me for all these, they just stay connected and they say" if u were nt our frnd, we should had kicked u...chalo is se yeh toh pata chalta hai k mai unka dost hu..."  I wanna say all these to my frndzz, but i'll never as my care n emotions lay deep in ma heart..they'll never know, perhaps i'll never show. Thanks to fb and orkut, where i can share my feelings..and also in the fakeness of fb n orkut...where i have foundd many gud frndz...thanks to fb n orkut again...
